Your satisfaction is our priority

At Yağmur, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a clear return and exchange policy:

  • Customers are allowed to open the package and inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery representative upon delivery.
  • After the delivery representative leaves, returns or exchanges are not permitted.
  • If an exchange or return is approved, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

If the customer does not respond to the delivery representative and avoids receiving the order, she will be blocked from placing future orders on the page.
